Dissatisfied with the outcome

I want people to be aware when buying from these TV shopping networks that offer the two for one deal as I did, to know that should the first one last more than 12 months then stops working and you go to use the other item and it doesn't work it's just too bad cause your 12 month warranty has gone. I bought the hair by nu-brilliance 2 for 1 deal, one lasted nearly 2 years, then I opened the second one still in the box, the light came on but wouldn't work. When I emailed customer service, just too bad cause it's out of warranty even though it's still in the box. DO NOT BUY 2-1 unless you are giving it away. Seriously when you are a loyal customer for years this stinks. NEVER AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY.

Preferred solution: You need to let customers know of this policy when buying your 2-1 offers, as I have wasted my money on getting the second item and not being able to use it.

Ordered 2 products received 1, GSD tracking of the 2nd says HAS BEEN DESPATCHED, called to check status, no one accepts the call, always on hold for 10min, emailed, no reply, called &;;;; left messages (my phone contact) no reply, called the ORDER LINE, they answer, say they will check and put me on hold, I had to use a different phone, (while still on hold on the other phone) to call the ORDER LINE, someone then straightaway asks if this is john, surprise!!, I said I need help, again still on hold, then after 3 minutes they can back with answers ... what an inept organization, they want people to give up ... give up buying from them.

Bought bras, terrible fit and uncomfortable, I have rung to find out how to return and get a refund. They keep you waiting on for ages and then tell you they'll ring back, which they don't. Today I actually got to talk to someone and they also told me they would ring back, still waiting!!! The order took over 2 months to receive, no return docket or invoice were in the parcel.

I purchased s bra recently. It is hideous.

I am trying to return same. They give me instructions which go round in a circle. Promised phone calls do not materialise.

Still attempting to print a returns label only to be told that the number is invalid. Just want to scream, but wilk keep trying.

I absolutely aggree with the unbeleavable attitute and outright lying when contacted by phone. TV NZ should either stop their Adds or put a service bond on them for no service.

Still waiting for my order from 2nd April 2020

I am so annoyed and pissed off, I placed my order for the SaraMia Bras on the 2nd April 2020 and I am still waiting for delivery today being the 10th June 2020. I have called them several times and first was told they will be in at the end of May, then I was told on the 5th June that they had just come in and it will take 2 weeks to deliver, I just called now on the 10th June 2020 only to be told that the stock has still not come in and they should arrive at the end of June. What kind of a business are they running and why are they still advertising the product if they can't deliver? I am so very annoyed and angry that i have been lied to. What appalling service, they don't even speak English so they are hard to understand.

On two occasions this group have offered special offers such as buy one get one free and in the most recent case a free frying pan, On both occasions having waited over a month for the delivery free item was not received.

They tell you it's your fault for not verifying the invoice, which I had done and basically apologize but do not rectify and then lie by telling you the bonus item was never on offer and you must be mistaken. The only thing is I verified this twice on the phone and both times it was confirmed.

At no point was I told there was no bonus item and no one ever told me I would need to wait over almost 2 months for delivery COVID or not that's disgusting. These guys don't care once they have you money.

On the 2nd &;;;;;;;; 3rd of May 2020 I purchased the xrt ion vacuum, slim steam mop, Sara Mia bra, and two flexible mirrors, it's now the 5th of June and after speaking with someone at your call Centre was informed that none of the items have been dispatched for delivery after stating a 28 day turnaround, this is very poor business practices, to top it off, I have heard no correspondence from you in regards to any delays, also unacceptable. I have requested a full complete refund and will never be using Global Direct again. You've lost a customer and will be expressing my dismay and poor experience to friends and family accordingly. I'm not happy at all. I do not recommend Global Direct.

Took over a month to receive order size suggested by them was incorrect Returned order been another month since Australia post advised item delivered to Global Shop Direct to exchange for larger size. Have heard nothing from them. They charged me for advertised free postage. No refund yet. Kept waiting on phone for over 1 hour 10 minutes..... They have my money I have no product. This is disgraceful...
