I received a $15 code for my birthday. When I tried to use it (on my birthday) the site informed me that it had already expired.

I have rung at least x3 (and an email) times. Each operator that I spoke to said that they would try and get the code validated and get back to me THAT DAY. As yet, I haven`t heard from anyone. In fact, the last gentleman?

I spoke to was really quite rude. The product that I wished to purchase, would have made my life that little bit easier, being confined to w/chair.

My code actually expires tonjght, so why couldn`t I use it on my birthday. Very disappointed.

Product or Service Mentioned: Global Shop Direct Customer Care.

Reason of review: Invalid birthday/free shipping codes and very poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $40.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Customer service.
