LIGHT FITTINGS FELL OUT CAN NOT GET EVERYTHING BACK

THE SWITHCH TO TURN ON THE LIGHT DOES NOT WORK NOW

PHONED GLOBEL SHOP DIRECT THEY WANTED ME TO PACK IT

UP AND RETURN IT -I SAID NO SORRY THAT WILL COST ME TOO

MUCH IN POSTAGE NEVER MIND HAVING TO GET TO THE POST

OFFICE ETC - WE ARE NOT YOUNG - CAN'T JUST HOP UP TOO

THE POST OFFICE. MY FRIEND WHO ALSO BOUGHT ONE HAS

HAD A SIMILAR ISSUE WITH THE LIGHT - THE LIGHT DOES

NOT WORK AFTER HAVING THE CANE (SAME AS US) FOR LESS

THAN A COUPLE OF WEEKS I ADVISED PERSON ON THE PHONE WHEN WE ARE ASKED (AS WE HAVE BEEN) IN THE SHOPPING CENTRE DO WE

LIKE IT WE WILL SAY NO!! IT IS POOR QUALITY

We also had same problem.On third day of use lights

did not work.

Put in new batteries but lights still do not

work. Two of the pads on the bottom fell off before

use. Had to glue them back on. New batteries and

glue for use on plastic came at cost.

I sent a complaint but as I expected nobody bothered to answer my complaint.
